All items and products produced, created and sold are pictured and featured including thier price, measurements, sizes , colours, styles and materials as of thier date of production or online site upload and are subject to change any time. All products are subject to availability and in some cases may differ slightly in look, colour or/and style.

The ordering of any item/s and thier payment for product/s are completed, verified and dispatched in accordance with all payment and ordering terms. See Payments

We will take care to handle and forward all orders and item purchases as soon as full payment and customer details are completed and verified, including complience of thier full security and safety. No resposibility or liability will be accounted for by us for any delay or failure to deliver products or otherwise perform any obligation as specified in these terms and conditions if the same is wholly or partly caused whether directly or indirectly by circumstances beyond reasonable control. These include loss of payment/s or purchase/s.

All goods will be dispatched in accordance with our shipping and postage terms.

With any longer term lack of product availabiltiy or a discontinuation of an item/s we reserve the right to take up to 28 days to deliver. Restrictions in availability after this time will be notified by e-mail with the option to continue with the order when your item is available or to discontinue the order with a full refund or complete closure of any arranged payment.

At all times no confidential details of your order, personal information or security data will be produced, passed on or re-distributed by us unless with authorised permission by the owner and occupant of said information.

While security precautions will be maintained at all times no liability will be held by us for any losses by or with any unauthorised access to any information provided.

Customers have the right to cancel an order at any time during the ordering process, unless bound by a specialiazed or custom order/s already conducted and accepted by us or by an already dispatched item. In these instances, if an order has been made to specification and can not therefore be used for re-sale we will be held with no responsibility in part or whole to refund.

If you aren't satisfied with your item/s and your application for returning the product is reasonable and fair we will gladly replace the item or refund the purchase price, not including it's re-shipping and packaging or any further additional costs on return of the item. This is in accordance with the item/s being returned as sold. Including it's packaging and over-all condition. No responsibilty or liability will be held by us for any customer/s returned item/s loss or damage in transit and all refund applications can be accepted or declined at our discretion.

With all cases any correspondence and/or resulting transactions between ourselves and the customer or customer representative will be conducted and completed as ammicably and efficiently as possible.

If any portion of these terms and conditions are held by authority to be either invalid or unenforceable either in whole or in part then validity or enforceability of any other sections of these terms and conditions shall not be affected.

All contracts between this site and others, written or otherwise shall be governed only under the laws of England and an English court. The conclusion of the contract shall be conducted in and only the English language.
